Pixel 3 XL LTE problems on AT&T

I got my Pixel 3 XL yesterday, and after setting it up I realized I only have H or H+ data connection. I have tried different APNs and resetting radios with no luck. I also have LTE selected as preferred network and Enhanced LTE selected. I am going to AT&T after class today to see if they can do something on their end. Is there something else I am missing?

Update: Made it to AT&T on my lunch break I got a new SIM card and they updated my IMEI in the system. I still had to change my APN from Cingular to Nextgenphone. But, now it works!

have you tried ejecting and resetting the nano sim? this worked for me once with a different handset.

I did try that. I think the main issue was my IMEI not being updated.
