Trade-in offer: get up to $410 for your Pixel or Pixel XL

Hi Pixel owners!

Thinking about upgrading to a Google Pixel 2? Make sure to check out our trade-in offers that could get you up to $410 for your Pixel or Pixel XL to use toward a new phone. We’ve also made the process easy by allowing you to trade in your phone...from home.

How it works:

  1. Get an estimate and start your trade in.

  2. Receive your prepaid shipping kit and prepare your old phone for shipping.

  3. Ship us your old phone and get your money back.

This offer is only available in the U.S. at this time, and we also extended the timeline for any

trade-ins initiated on or after 10/4/17 (through 12/31/17). Your trade-in estimate is now valid for 30 days after you receive your new device. This has been updated in the Trade In Terms and Conditions (under "trade in period").

Hello Crystal,

Any thoughts about making this available also in the UK?

Thank you.

Can I put the shipping label on a larger envelope or a small box? I do not believe the trade-in envelope that I have received will provide adequate protection for the phone during shipping transit.

there's no link to the actual trade-in process--itself

Malcolm,

Not sure I follow you.  Crystal did post some links above.  This is just for people in the US.

Can you trade in after the purchase?
I just got my Pixel 2 and I'd like to trade in my iPhone 6S. Would that still be possible?

Cheers,
Lucas.

I got store credit but I'm OK with that. I love my phone and I would buy another one. I will never use the trade in program again and I hope I never have to deal with customer support again.
