@sandeep: The more details you provide, the easier it is to try and help. Have you tried to replicate the problem while running in Safe Mode? This will rule out the possibility of a conflicting 3rd party app causing excessive battery drain. Look in the battery monitor in settings to see which apps are draining the battery.

In addition to what jcarrollpe stated, did this just start happening? Did it start before or after the February security update?

Hey All,

We want to look into this issue and I'm going to reach out privately for bug reports.

Please keep an eye out for my email, thanks!

Hey All,

Thanks to all of those that have sent over bug reports, it has been very helpful. Our analysis does not show any evidence of a significant issue with battery-life following the February software update on Pixel 2.

We will always investigate bug reports to look into any potential issues, and I'll keep you all updated if there's any other information.

I switched from the Blackberry KeyOne and that thing lasted almost 2 days. I am seriously considering returning this phone and even paying the restocking fee because this is just awful. Thought this phone was supposed to be some sort of magnificent feat of technology.
