Running out of storage & canceled or expired plans
If you cancel your storage plan or when your storage plan expires, your storage limits will reset to the data levels available for each product at the end of your billing cycle.
If you go over your storage limit, everything in Google Drive, Google Photos, and Gmail will still be accessible, but you won't be able to create or add anything new over the storage limit. Your ability to back up any photos and videos to Google Photos and send and receive email in Gmail may also be impacted.
