Get your Pixelbook fixed out of warranty

If you have a damaged Pixelbook that's out of warranty and you purchased it in the US or Canada, here's how to get it fixed.

How to tell if you're "out of warranty"

  • The damage to your device isn't covered by the original manufacturer, like water damage.
  • The manufacturer's warranty has expired.
  • The Preferred Care service plan coverage has expired or the damage is not covered.
