Help your EMM troubleshoot an issue
When you contact your EMM or Android Enterprise partner, to help troubleshoot your issue, provide a report with these details:
- Detailed step-by-step instructions on how to reproduce the issue
- Observed behavior
- Expected behavior
- How often the issue occurs
- Device manufacturer and model of the affected device(s)
If applicable, include a bug report from an affected device:
- Reproduce the issue on a device.
- Note the date and time of the observed behavior.
- Collect a bug report from the device.
