How do you stop Picasa from asking me to sign in

How do i stop Picasa from requesting me to sign in every 6-12 hrs. on my HTC ONE ???? Spam is so annoying!

Most likely wont be using it because it is so aggressive. I hate apps that attack you.

started getting the requests after the recent HTC ONE android update about 2-3 weeks ago

Help!??!?!?

There is no official Picasa app by Google,
so contact the developers of that app.

This is not a Picasa or Google problem!

I've got the same problem. Susanne, it's not a third party app I have installed. The normal Android Gallery app (that comes as Standard) seems to now want to sync with Picassa.

I think it only started when I updated to Android 4.2.2.  Nothing else has changed.

Hi:
We at the Picasa for Windows forum unfortunately don't know much about phones. I see we have a FAQ about stopping Picasa and your Phone from Syncing.
Maybe it might help?? Or at least point you in the right direction:

Or I would recomment asking at one of "millions" Android forums in the net...
They know all about the special mobile stuff.
Google doesn't have such a forum, because Android is used by many others too.

Hi everybody,

For those who struggled even after following the given steps, you should try something that worked for me:
1. Ensure that the Android overall system synchronization is turned off.
2. Follow the steps in the solution or make sure the Picasa Web albums sync setting is turned off.

;)
