Video Upload Requirements
You can upload video to Picasa Web Albums using the downloadable Picasa software. Here's a summary of the video specifications to keep in mind for the best results when uploading to Picasa Web Albums.

|Video Playback Quality||Videos are converted into a flash format (.FLV) with Standard Quality (320 x 240 pixel) or High Quality (480 x 360 pixels) playback.|

|Resolution||Recommended: 640 x 480|
|Bit Rate||There's no minimum value for Bit Rates since this depends on the codec, however video files above 260 Kbps work the best.|
|Frame Rate||Recommended: 30 frames per second
Minimum requirement: 12 frames per second
|Codec||H.264, H.263, MPEG-1, MPEG-2, MPEG-4, Windows Media Video and motion JPEG|
|Aspect Ratio||Recommended: 4:3 frame

Your videos can take time to be converted in .FLV format upon upload. Don't worry if you see a "Video is currently unavailable." Try your upload again if it doesn't work the first time.
