I am trying to play this video https://photos.app.goo.gl/sCGM2ruJqLcc4krf7 and it shows me an error. This video was playing perfectly until last year but has broken now.

Also, when I try to download the video, I get a 500 error.

Hi Lalit Indoria,

From your screenshot, we can see that this video is playing from youtube.

Please cross check that video permission in youtube. Maybe you have changed the video permission recently.

What steps are you taking to play the video? 
Are you using a phone or computer? 
What browser did you use to access your account?
Did you try a different browser?
Do other videos play?

I tried using Chrome and the photos app on my phone but the video doesn't play on both. I can't download on both Chrome and Android too. Also. I think all videos uploaded on Google photos use the YouTube player. Since it was uploaded by me, I have full permissions.

All other videos play fine in my account except for 3 videos that I uploaded around the same day as the one in question.

I wonder if you have the same problem as all the many people at this thread: 
At that page, Sonya gave some suggestions in 2018. See if that helps.

I have tried those already. It is not a platform or device specific issue because the videos don't play on any of my Android devices (tried on a fresh one too). I shared the video with people I know and they couldn't play it either. I tried it on an incognito window with no extensions turned on but it would still not play.

Since the video can also not be downloaded, and it gives a 500 which is a server error, I am pretty sure this is a bug in Google photos. I just need to let them know and wonder if they can help me.

Please send Feedback​ to the Google Photos team:
  1. Go to photos.google.com and sign into your Google account
  2. At the top left, open the Menu Menu, then select "Help & Feedback"
  3. A Help box opens
  4. Scroll down to "Send Feedback" and click it
  5. "Describe your issue or share your ideas" in the box provided
  6. Optional: Check the box to "include screenshot" as this helps the team to understand your feedback.
    1. Click the lower part of the "Send feedback" window ("Click to highlight or hide info")
    2. Click the yellow box to "Highlight issues"
    3. Click the black box to "Hide sensitive issues"
    4. Click "Done"
  7. Click the "Send" button
  8. Please note that you will not receive a reply from Google.
