Report a problem with your photo book

If you have a problem with your photo book, contact us within 30 days of buying it.

Contact us

  1. On your iPhone or iPad, open the Google Photos app Photos.
  2. Sign in to your Google Account.
  3. Tap Menu Menuand then Photo books.
  4. Under “Past orders,” select the photo book you want to report.
  5. On the details page, tap Contact us.

Problems that can’t be fixed

If you got low resolution warnings on your photos and printed them anyway, we may not be able to help you.
