Troubleshoot problems with your home delivery order

You can fix some home delivery print problems without the help of a Google expert. You can easily cancel an order placed within the last two hours, track an order, request a reprint and get more help.

Get help with a recent order

Change your delivery address

You can change your delivery address within two hours of placing an order. After more than two hours, complete this workflow and an agent will be in touch via email.

Cancel your order

You can easily cancel your order within two hours of placing it.

  1. On your iPhone or iPad, open the Google Photos app Photos.
  2. At the top, tap Create and then Photo books, prints and more .
    • Important: If you can't find Create , then at the top, tap Print store .
  3. Under 'Past orders', select the order that you want to cancel.
  4. Tap Cancel order.

Check delivery dates and track your order

Orders are only delivered within the estimated delivery dates. If you want to know when your order should arrive, check your tracking information and estimated delivery date.

  1. On your iPhone or iPad, open the Google Photos app Photos.
  2. At the top, tap Create and then Photo books, prints and more .
    • Important: If you can't find Create , then at the top, tap Print store .
  3. Under 'Past orders', select an order.
  4. Under 'Track parcel', find your tracking number and estimated delivery.

Report a missing or damaged order

Important: Damage includes ink spots, ripped pages on photo books, high-contrast spots, banding on photo prints, delivery-related damages or any other physical flaws.

If your order didn't arrive within the expected delivery time or you received a damaged item, you can request a reprint or go to Photos support. You must be logged in to the account from which you placed the order.

Check your PDF for differences

To make sure that you didn't submit your order with issues in it, check your PDF.

We may not be able to help you if your PDF has any of these issues:

  • No title or an incorrect title
  • Incorrectly cropped photos or cover
  • Missing, duplicate or out of order pages
  • Photos flagged as low resolution before purchase

To view and download the PDF:

  1. On your iPhone or iPad, open the Google Photos app Photos.
  2. At the top, tap Create and then Photo books, prints and more .
    • Important: If you can't find Create , then at the top, tap Print store .
  3. Under 'Past orders', select a photo book.
  4. Tap More More and then Download as PDF.

If there are issues in your order that aren't in your PDF, contact us.

Archive an order

  1. On your iPhone or iPad, open the Google Photos app Photos.
  2. At the top, tap Create and then Photo books, prints and more .
    • Important: If you can't find Create , then at the top, tap Print store .
  3. Under 'Past orders', select a past order.
  4. At the top, tap More More and then Archive.

Reorder a past order

  1. On your iPhone or iPad, open the Google Photos app Photos.
  2. At the top, tap Create and then Photo books, prints and more .
    • Important: If you can't find Create , then at the top, tap Print store .
  3. Under 'Past orders', select an order.
  4. At the top, tap Create a new draft.
