Troubleshoot problems with home delivery photo prints

If you changed your mind or made an error in your order or delivery address, you can cancel your order within 2 hours.

If you have a problem with your Photo print, you can contact us within 90 days of your purchase.

Change or cancel your order

To change your Photo print order, cancel your order and purchase the Photo print again.

After you purchase a Photo print, you have 2 hours to cancel your order.

  1. On your iPhone or iPad, open the Google Photos app Photos .
  2. Sign in to your Google Account.
  3. At the top left, tap Print store .
  4. Under "Past orders," select a Photo print.
  5. Tap Cancel.

Review your order

To verify the exact photos that you ordered, check your Photo print PDF.

To view and download the PDF:

  1. On your iPhone or iPad, open the Google Photos app Photos.
  2. Sign in to your Google Account.
  3. At the top left, tap Print store .
  4. Under "Past orders," select a Photo print.
  5. Tap Download as PDF.
If there are issues in your Photo print that aren’t in your PDF, report a damaged Photo print.

Check delivery dates

Photo prints are only delivered within the estimated delivery dates. If you want to know when your Photo print should arrive, check your tracking information and estimated delivery date.

  1. On your iPhone or iPad, open the Google Photos app Photos.
  2. Sign in to your Google Account.
  3. At the top left, tap Print store .
  4. Under "Order info," find your tracking number and estimated delivery.

Report a missing or damaged Photo print

If your Photo print never arrived within the expected delivery window or you received a damaged Photo print, contact us. Damage includes high-contrast spots, banding, shipping-related damages, or any other physical flaws.

  1. On your iPhone or iPad, open the Google Photos app Photos.
  2. Sign in to your Google Account.
  3. At the top left, tap Print store .
  4. Under "Past orders," select the Photo print you want to contact us about.
  5. On the details page, tap Contact support.

If the link isn’t available, find your confirmation email, or receipt from your package. Another "Contact us" link is available there.
