Placed an order but can’t find the print reference number or Passcode

On your device, view the order details and then tap Check for print number. It may take a few minutes before you can view this information, but you’ll also receive an email with these details.

Unable to find print reference number and passcode

These are available in your order history on the Google Photos app. You also receive an email confirmation with the same information. There may be a delay of up to 20 minutes between when you place your order and when the print reference number and passcode are available.

Print reference code doesn’t work

Your print reference number is valid through the date in your order details and confirmation email. If not used within this time, the reference number will expire and you’ll get an error message that your order doesn't exist.
