You can order photo prints from Google Photos for pickup at a multicopier at any 7-Eleven in Japan. You can order up to 10 prints at a time in L size (photo paper).
Important: You can place, view, and manage orders through the Google Photos app, but you can’t on the web at photos.google.com.
Where photo prints are available
This feature is only available in Japan. Users in the United States can order prints for pickup from other retailers.
What you need
To place an order for photo prints, you need:
- An Android device
- The Google Photos app
Order photo prints
Important: Your order can be ready within minutes. You pay for your order when you pick it up at the multicopier.
- On your Android device, open Google Photos

- Choose your photos:
- To print a photo:
- Tap a photo.
- In the top right, tap More

- To print from an album:
- Tap Library.
- Select an album

- To print a photo:
- Preview selection to make edits and add or remove photos.
- Tap Next.
- Review order details and tap Place order.
Tips:
- Once you place an order, you can’t change or cancel it. If you no longer want the photo prints, don’t pick them up from 7-Eleven.
- You may get a warning message for images that are low resolution, but you can still print the photos. Prints of low-resolution images may be blurry.
Print your photos
To print your photos, you need this information from your order details or confirmation email:
- Print reference number
- Passcode
On the touchscreen of the 7-Eleven multicopier:
- Tap Print
Net Print.
- Enter your 8-digit print reference number and passcode.
- Tap Confirm.
- Check the image preview and print fee and tap OK.
Tip: Multicopiers can have outages due to planned maintenance. Before you pick up your order, check the netprint maintenance schedule.
Get more help
Placed an order but can’t find the print reference number or Passcode
On your device, view the order details
tap Check for print number. It may take a few minutes before you can view this information, but you’ll also receive an email with these details.
Unable to find print reference number and passcode
These are available in your order history on the Google Photos app. You also receive an email confirmation with the same information. There may be a delay of up to 20 minutes between when you place your order and when the print reference number and passcode are available.
Print reference code doesn’t work
Your print reference number is valid through the date in your order details and confirmation email. If not used within this time, the reference number will expire and you’ll get an error message that your order doesn't exist.
