Block unknown number
I am trying to block spam calls on my phone. For this I activated, Caller ID, Spam protection (none of the calls I receive are recognized as Spam, so those settings probably won't help).
I also activated under "blocking numbers" the option to block all unknown numbers.
In my understanding that is supposed to block every number, which is not in my contacts and that cannot be identified using caller ID. However I still receive 3 spam calls a day, where just a number is displayed, without any addition information. So I guess this feature isn't working at all. Do you have similar experiences or know of any reason this doesn't work for me?

But the explanation for unknown numbers should definitely be adjusted in the app, as it currently says, that the caller is not identifiable, when it actually means that the number cannot be retrieved (it is also not explained correctly in the online help page).
(I already submitted a feedback in the app regarding those two points)
You've done absolutely the right thing by leaving feedback via the application so that's absolutely brilliant.
