Is there any way's to recover the deleted call logs/history and voice?

There is no way to restore your deleted call logs. You can contact your carrier, and ask for call details at the end of your billing cycle. If you had any recorded calls, you would also lose access to them, since you can only access them by viewing your call logs on the phone.
