How do i sign up my phone number to show my business name and icon on a clients google phone app when i make a call ?

Hi Andreas Kalogeropoulos, welcome to the Google Phone app community forum!
 
You can contact your carrier to ask them to set up your outbound Caller-ID.
 
You can also add your business to Google Maps, with your phone number.  Some Android phones use Google Maps to identify phone numbers for incoming calls, that are not already in their Contacts.
