Authorizing your Turkish credit or debit card for online purchases

To use a credit or debit card issued by a bank in Turkey for online purchases, you may have to contact the bank to authorize its use online.

To avoid having online transactions declined or if you have already had online transactions declined, contact your Turkish bank to see whether you need to enable internet use of your card. You can usually find a phone number for your bank on the back of your card.
