The surety bond coverage above is being held in accordance with the Electronic Financial Transaction Act to protect the property of users. In the event of causes listed in Article 25-2(7) of the Electronic Financial Transaction Act (i.e., where prepaid electronic payment means issuance and management registration is revoked or canceled, etc.), users may claim their precharged funds by sending the information for identifying the user or the prepaid electronic payment means, along with the bank account information for receiving the precharged funds, to Seoul Guarantee Insurance in writing.
This notice is being made in accordance with the Electronic Financial Transaction Act and the Electronic Financial Business Entities’ Protection of Users’ Funds Guideline, which aims to improve the transparency in the electronic financial business entities’ fund management and establish sound orders in terms of electronic financial transactions.
