Resolve payments profile setup issue

 

There are a number of reasons why you may be unable to complete the signup form and create your payments profile. Ensure that you:

  • Sign up from a supported country: Depending on the Google product you're using, your country may not yet be supported to receive payments. See if your country is a supported location.

  • Use a physical business address: Currently, Google only permits merchants to use a physical address (no P.O. boxes allowed) in their payments profile.

  • Use correct credit card formatting: Our system only accepts a-z, A-Z, and 0-9 as inputs for the "Credit card statement name" field. It will cause an error if other characters or other languages are used.
  • Legal Business name length: Our system only accepts a maximum limit of 60 characters.

Expected format: Letter ‘U’ followed by 8 digits
Example: U12345678

Expected format: 9 or 10 digits (ten digits begin with 0)
Example: 123456789 or 0123456789
