Withdraw a positive balance

You may have a positive balance associated with a paid Google product if:

  • You received a refund for something you bought using your payments profile.
  • You earned a credit through a Google product or service.
  • You got paid through your Google payments center for selling something and you need to update your bank account or your payment doesn’t meet the minimum threshold.

If you have a positive balance that wasn’t transferred to a bank account, contact the support team for the Google product that issued the credit.
