Manage your orders

Any orders you make through your Google Account are tracked on Google Payments. You can find the order status, price, seller, and other details on your receipt.

See order information

  1. Sign in to Transactions.
  2. Click on an order to open the transaction receipt.

Make changes to your order or check your order status

If you have a question about an order or want to request a change or refund, contact the Google service or seller. Contact information is on the bottom of your order's receipt.

Note: Orders can't be removed or deleted from the transaction list on Google Payments.
