How it works

When you see the Into the Wild with Bear Grylls and Superstar Rajinikanth on Discovery promotional ad on television in India, or YouTube: Link during the offer period, open the Google Pay app. On the homescreen, tap the On-Air icon.
To listen and redeem the offer, allow Google Pay to access your microphone in order to listen to the promotional ad.
- The microphone only listens on this On-Air page, and the audio never leaves your device.
Bring your phone close to the audio and stay on the On-Air page for at least 20 seconds for the Google Pay app to obtain an accurate match.
If the app finds a positive match, you will earn a scratch card!

Note: If the audio cannot be identified by the Google Pay app, you can retry in an environment with less noise or increase the volume of the ad.

Why don’t I see the On-Air icon or the Into the Wild With Bear Grylls and Superstar Rajinikanth Promo Ad Offer in my Google Pay app?

The On-Air feature and this offer requires and is only available for Android devices using Google Pay app version 54 and above. You can check your app version on Google Playstore and update your app to the latest version.

I’ve tried listening multiple times with On-Air and did not get a reward.
