Google Pay Terms and Conditions: Offers and Rewards

Binding Agreement:

To participate in a Google Pay offer, you must agree to the offer terms and conditions. You agree that your participation in the offer constitutes your understanding of and agreement to the offer terms and conditions. The offer terms and conditions form a binding legal agreement between you and Google with respect to the offers, and any defined terms used herein have the meaning set forth in the Google Pay Terms of Service. Google reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any User who does not meet the offer requirements, or in case of reasons including but not limited to any misuse of the offer or fraud or suspicious transactions/activities. Google also reserves the right to discontinue or change any Google Pay offer or the Google Pay offer programme at any time, at its sole discretion.

Eligibility:

In addition to your compliance with the Google Pay Terms of Service, you must meet the eligibility requirements for each offer to participate. Details of the offers and the eligibility terms and conditions for each offer are provided in the rewards page under the Promotions section. Offers provided to a particular User may vary from User to User. Please read the offer terms and conditions applicable to your offer as provided in your Google Pay app carefully.

Rewards:

On average across all Google Pay India users, 59% of claimed scratch cards were worth INR 1 to INR 5,000 or a discount at a specific merchant, and 41% revealed no reward. The range of possible cash rewards varies by scratch card, as specified in applicable offer terms. Based on data from October to December 2020.

For each scratch card, the amount you receive may be determined based on factors like your previous rewards, things you do and keep in the Google Pay app such as your payment methods, and how often you make payments and use the app.

If you do not claim your offer rewards within 45 days or link your UPI-enabled savings account to your Google Pay account within 45 days of claiming the reward, or if there are issues with your linked UPI account preventing reward amounts from being deposited within 45 days of claiming the reward, your reward will be deemed to be forfeited and will no longer be available to you.
