If your issue is a problem with your account's security or a specific business and offer, try the following options.
Get help with a business or offer
Businesses on Google Pay are responsible for their offers and transactions. If you encounter an issue with a business’ offer or transaction, contact that business directly to resolve the issue.
If you contacted the business and are still unable to resolve the issue, let us know.
Report suspicious activity
If you believe that your Google account has been misused on Google Pay (e.g. through suspicious or unauthorised charges), contact a Google Pay Grievance Officer.
