If you have product feedback or suggestions related to Google Pay, you can share it with us through your Google Pay app.
Note: This is not a way to raise complaints or to contact our customer care. Feedback submitted through this link will not get a response.
To provide us with product feedback:
- Open the Google Pay app

- At the top right, tap your Profile picture.
- Tap Settings and then Help and feedback.
- Tap Send Feedback.
- Select the type of feedback you want to share.
- You can select the option to “Report an issue” or “Suggest an idea.”
- Enter your description and submit.
