To earn the cashback reward, participate in the Tick Squad campaign from September 30, 2025–November 2, 2025.

- There’ll be a Google Pay QR code that’s displayed during the coin toss moment of every match, live on ground and in broadcast. Scanning the QR code gives you a chance to earn a tick.

- During a limited window in October in select cities, you get Google Pay surprise boxes along with your orders on Zepto and Blinkit. Scan the QR code inside the surprise box and have a chance to earn a tick.

- Complete your ticks: The campaign page displays the number of ticks you’ve collected and how many more you have to go.
- Gift bonus ticks: Lucky few can gift up to 4 bonus ticks to friends and family.
- On the campaign page, tap the “Gift a bonus tick” button, if you have it.
- Select friends you want to gift it to.
- Request a bonus tick: Some friends have the option to gift bonus ticks. You can ask your friends to gift you by clicking on “Ask friends for bonus ticks” section on the campaign page.
- Match Day Bonus: Every India match has a Tick Squad goal. Contribute 5 ticks and help hit the collective Tick Squad goal to unlock Match Day Bonus.
- Check for Pixel discount winners: As an added prize, 150 lucky winners who collected 5 ticks will receive a ₹30,000 discount for a Pixel 10 on Google Store.
- Winners will get a notification on November 4, 2025 and the discount code will be in a scratch card in the rewards section.
- Claim your reward: You can earn maximum of 3 rewards as part of the campaign
- When you make an eligible payment during the eligible window of 50 runs bonus, you get a 50% cashback up to ₹50.
- When you send money to 11 unique friends, you get up to ₹111 cashback.
- When all 5 ticks are collected, you get up to ₹1,001 cashback.
- For each of the rewards, a scratchcard will be added in your rewards channel. To reveal your cashback reward, scratch the card and earn up to ₹1,001.
- Check your cashback: The cashback goes to your UPI-enabled bank account linked to Google Pay. To find the cashback you earned, check your rewards channel.

- Your reward card expires in 3 days if you don’t scratch it.
- Your cashback expires in 3 days if you don’t have a linked account or if there’s an issue with it.

- To receive a bonus tick, the recipient must claim their tick before it's claimed by others. If he or she isn’t a Google Pay user, they’ll need to create an account and make a successful transaction.

Fix common issues
Can’t see the campaign banner- You must have the latest version of the Google Pay app.
Only a lucky few get a tick from the QR codes. If you get the message "No tick this time!," it means the QR code didn't land on a tick for you.
Tip: Try again tomorrow or find other ways to collect ticks.
To make sure your payment qualifies, check how to collect ticks. Check if you’ve met the minimum amount and other qualifying conditions mentioned.
- Payment types like gold or Amazon Pay gift cards purchases don’t qualify.
- Link a UPI-enabled bank account to your Google Pay. You won't receive the cashback if you have issues with your linked account.
