To pay bills, use Google Pay. Sometimes you experience problems with bill payments. This article helps you troubleshoot them.
Fix problems
Physical bill & the Google Pay bill amounts are differentIn Google Pay, you can find the most recent bill amounts received from the biller. If you find different amounts, contact your biller.
If you paid more than your bill amount, the extra amount applies to your next payment with the same biller. To confirm this or get a refund for the extra money paid, check with your biller.
- Check how long it takes to get your money back.
- Find your payment.
- Check the status.
- If the status is "Failed," you can find how many days it might take to get your money back.
- Check your bank account after the number of days mentioned.
- If you don't get your money back, contact us.
- On your mobile device, open the Google Pay app

- Tap See transaction history.
- Select the payment that you want to report.
- Tap Having issues.
- To create a ticket, tap Payment issues.
- To raise a dispute, select a reason for the dispute.
- Tap Raise dispute.
- On your mobile device, open the Google Pay app
Tip: You can raise a dispute after 48 hours and within 90 days of the payment.

- Check the status of your dispute.
