Google Pay par bank account kaise add karein

Important: Errors se bachne ke liye, bank ka registration karte hue Google Pay application ko band na karein.
  1. Pakka kar lein ki aapke bank mein UPI ki suwidha hai. Agar aisa nahi hai, to aapka bank account Google Pay par kaam nahi karega.
  2. Google Pay open  karein.
Note: Pakka kar lein ki aap application ka sabse naya version use kar rahe hain. Agar aapko version pata nahi hai, to application update karne ki koshish karein.
  1. Top left side, apni photo and then iaur phir bank account par tap karein..
  2. Add bank account par tap karein.
  3. List mein se apne bank ka naam select karein. Agar aapko apne bank ka naam nahi dikh raha hai, to iska matlab hai ki bank abhi Google Pay ke sath nahi juda hai.

Note: Aapke bank ko verification SMS bhejne ke liye, Google Pay aapse permission maang sakta hai.

  1. Agar aapke paas pehle se UPI PIN hai, to aapko vah enter karne ke liye kaha jayega.
    1. Agar aapko apna PIN yaad nahi hai, to Forgot PIN par tap karein aur instructions follow karein.
    2. Agar aapke paas UPI PIN nahi hai, to apne debit card ki jaankari enter karein.

Note: Maestro debit cards ki expiry dates nahi hoti. Maestro debit card add karne ke liye, expiry date field mein 01/49 enter karein.

 

Common issues

Agar apna bank account add karne ke liye phone number ko verify karte time, aapko 'Can’t send SMS' ya 'Mobile network down' jaise messages dikhte hain, to iske kai reason ho sakte hain:

  • SMS balance
  • SIM card
  • Network connection

'Can't send SMS' ki error ko fix karna

 

Agar aapko message milta hai ki 'Can’t send SMS', to ye check karein:

Tip: Agar in options se aapke issues resolve nahi hote, to general troubleshooting ke options try karein.

Device issues

 

Aapke device mein issue to nahi, yah pata karne ke liye:

  • Pakka karein ki mobile mein network signal hai.
  • Pakka karein ki Aeroplance mode off hai.
  • Pakka karein ki phone mein vahi SIM card hai jo aapke bank account se linked hai.
  • Apne device ko off karke phir on karein.
  • Baad mein try karein.

SIM card se jude issues

Important: Pakka karein ki aapke SIM mein koi SMS plan hai. Agar aapke SIM mein active SMS plan nahi hai, to aap messages nahi bhej payenge.

 

Agar aapke device mein sirf ek SIM card hai:

  1. SIM card remove karein.
  2. 30 seconds tak wait karein.
  3. SIM card wapas daalein.
  4. Phir se try karein.

New SIM card ya phone number

Agar aapne new SIM card liya hai ya recently phone number port karwaaya hai, to 48 hours tak wait karne ke baad phir se try karein.

Dual SIM cards

Agar aapke device mein 2 SIM cards hain, to:

  • SIM cards ke slot badlein aur phir se try karein.
  • Vah SIM card nikaalein jo bank account se link nahi hai aur phir se try karein

Roaming

Agar aap India mein nahi hain, to apne Android device ki setting mein jaayein aur jo SIM card roaming mein hai uske liye SMS service on karein.

SMSC ko refresh karna

 

Aapka SMS service centre (SMSC) number sahi hai, yah pakka karne ke liye isey refresh karein:

  1. Apne phone se,  *#*#4636#*#* dial karein.
  2. Phone information par tap karein.
  3. 'SMSC' mein jaakar Refresh par tap karein.

Mobile network down' ki error fix karna

Agar aapko 'Mobile network down' message milta hai, to ho sakta hai ki aapke device ka network temporarily down ho ya us par normal se zyada traffic ho. Aap kuch der baad try kar sakte hain, device ko restart karke phir se try kar sakte hain, yaa ye general troubleshooting options try kar sakte hain:

Messaging app se cache memory clear karna

  1. Mobile device par, Settings app open karein.
  2. App & notifications par tap karein.
  3. Apna messaging app select karein.
  4. Storage > Clear cache par tap karein.

Mobile network reset karna

  1. Mobile device par, Settings application open karein.
  2. System > Reset > Network settings reset karein par tap karein.
  3. 'Reset settings' par tap karein.
  4. Poochhe jaane par apna passcode, PIN ya pattern enter karein.
  5. Reset confirm karne ke liye, Reset settings par tap karein.

SMSC ko refresh karna

  2. Phone information par tap karein.

APN settings ko reset karein

  1. Apne mobile device par 'Applications' folder open karein.
  2. Settings par tap karein.
  3. Wireless controls yaa Wireless & network mein se kisi ek par tap karein.
  4. Mobile networks> Access point names par tap karein.
  5. More > Reset to default par tap karein
