Submit product feedback & report an issue

Feedback helps us to understand your experience on Google Pay. To submit feedback or report an issue:

  1. Open the Google Pay app.
  2. Tap Menu Menu and then Send feedback.
  3. Follow the instructions to submit your feedback. Make sure to check the Include screenshot and logs box.

Note: If you submit a feedback report, you won’t get a reply. If you need help fixing the issue and need to hear back from someone, contact us.
