View, change, or fix a Google order

Here’s where you can find information about managing orders you made for Google products and services.

To view orders you made through Google and their receipts:

  1. Sign in to pay.google.com.
  2. Find your order. If you don’t see it, click View more transactions.
  3. To open the receipt, click on an order.

Make a change to your order

Contact the Google service or seller if you want to:

  • Ask a question about your order
  • Return something or get a refund
  • Cancel an order

Contact information is on the bottom of your order's receipt.

Note: Orders can't be removed or deleted from the Google Pay transactions list.

Fix problems with orders

To fix most order problems, contact the Google service or seller. Contact information is on the bottom of your order's receipt.

Here are fixes to a few common issues.

Check if a refund was processed
  1. Sign in to pay.google.com.
  2. Click your order. If you don’t see it, click View more transactions.
  3. Under "Status," check if it says Refunded.
Still seeing charge for canceled order

If you see a charge for the order on your bank statement after canceling, this is a pending authorization. It should disappear within a few days.

Check why an order was held, canceled, or declined

If your order was put on hold or canceled and you’re not sure why:

  1. Sign in to pay.google.com.
  2. Click your order. If you don’t see it, click View more transactions.
  3. Next to the order, you should find a reason.
    • If it was canceled because of a declined card, update your card information.
    • If it wasn’t canceled because of a declined card, contact the seller’s (e.g. Google Play) support team. You can usually find this information in their help center.
