- To pay for parking:
- Go to pay.google.com/parking and tap Pay for parking.
- If you navigate with the Google Maps app
, when you arrive at your destination, you may find the option to tap Pay for parking.
- Enter the required information.
- Parking zone number, which may be found on a nearby sign or meter
- Parking space number, if applicable
- Vehicle details
- If prompted, sign in to your Google Account.
- Choose how long you want to park for.
- Tap the payment method you want to use
Continue.
- Tip: If you haven’t added a payment method to Google Pay, you’ll need to do that before you can pay for parking.
- Follow the on-screen instructions.

- Go to pay.google.com/parking.
- Follow the on-screen instructions.

Manage vehicle details
- Go to pay.google.com/parking.
- At the top left, tap Menu

- Tap Saved vehicles.
- Select an option.
- Add another vehicle: Enter the vehicle details.
- Edit a vehicle: Next to the vehicle you want to edit, tap More

- Delete a vehicle: Next to the vehicle you want to delete, tap More

Fix location errors
Turn your location on
- On your iPhone, go to the Settings app.
- Tap Privacy.
- If you haven’t already, turn Location Services on.
- Tap the web browser app you use to pay for parking.
- Under “Allow Location Access,” tap While Using the app.
- Reopen the web browser you used to try to pay and reload the page.
- On the message about your device’s location, tap Allow.
- If you use Safari as your web browser and still get an error, follow the instructions below.

- On your iPhone, open the Settings app.
- Tap Safari

- Tap Ask or Allow.
- Open the Safari browser and reload the page.

Other parking issues
Request a refund
To request a refund, contact the parking merchant. On the receipt sent to your email, you’ll find details you may need:
- Parking merchant’s contact info
- Parking duration
- Zone
- Vehicle details
- Unique reference ID
It may take up to 2 weeks to refund your payment. To confirm the status of your refund, contact your bank.
Dispute a fine or citation
To dispute a fine, contact the parking operator who issued the citation. You can find their contact information on the citation.
You may need to provide details, like the parking duration, zone, vehicle details, and unique transaction number. You can find these on the receipt sent to your email.Meter doesn’t show parking session
The parking meter doesn’t display your parking session. Instead, parking enforcement personnel will check the status of your parking session through their handheld device.
