For any complaints or issues about your loans, contact the support team or grievance officers of the respective lending partners. Follow the grievance redressal procedures below for the relevant lending partner.

Tips:

• Keep your registered email address, mobile number, or loan application ID ready. You can find your loan ID at the top of your respective card in “My Loans.”
• For queries not related to loans, contact support.
