Track credits given to your customers and their payments in the Customer advance tab in your Google Pay for Business app.
Add a credit
When you extend credit to a customer, you can add the entry to the Customer advance tab in Google Pay for Business.
- Open Google Pay for Business .
- Tap Customer balances.
- Tap the customer’s name New record.
- Enter the amount.
- Tap Save.
Add a new customer
- Open Google Pay for Business .
- Tap Customer balances New customer.
- Tap Add new customer or choose from your phone contacts.
- For new customers: Enter the customer's name and phone number.
- Tap Save.
Tip: If you don't enter a phone number for a customer, you can only enter up to 5 transactions for them.
