Track credits & payments

Track credits given to your customers and their payments in the Customer advance tab in your Google Pay for Business app.

Add a credit

When you extend credit to a customer, you can add the entry to the Customer advance tab in Google Pay for Business.
  1. Open Google Pay for Business Google Pay.
  2. Tap Customer balances.
  3. Tap the customer’s name and then New record.
  4. Enter the amount.
  5. Tap Save.

Add a new customer

  1. Open Google Pay for Business Google Pay.
  2. Tap Customer balances and then New customer.
  3. Tap Add new customer or choose from your phone contacts.
    • For new customers: Enter the customer's name and phone number.
  4. Tap Save.
Tip: If you don't enter a phone number for a customer, you can only enter up to 5 transactions for them.
