You can recover your Google Pay for Business account if you have a new device or have forgotten your login information.
How to recover your business account
- Open the Google Pay for Business app

- Select the registered email ID associated with your business account.
- Tap Set up a new business.
- Enter your phone number.
- To verify the phone number, enter the correct one-time password (OTP).
- To recover a current Google Pay for Business account linked to your phone number, select Get Access.
- To create a new account, select Set up a new business account.
- You’ll get an SMS confirmation with the amount deposited in your bank account.
- To complete verification, in the app, enter the exact amount that was deposited.
- If you enter the wrong amount, you can try again. After 5 failed attempts, you must set up a new business account.

Reset your forgotten password
- Go to Account recovery.
- If you set up security questions: To confirm if it’s your account, you must answer the security questions.
- If you link your phone number or an alternate email address: To help recover your account, you must verify your phone number or email address.
- If you successfully follow the instructions without any issues, you get the option to reset your password. Select a strong password that you haven't used yet with this account.
Find your forgotten email address
- To find your username, go to Account recovery.
- Enter the phone number or the recovery alternate email address.
- You can also enter the full name on your account.
- To confirm it’s your account, follow the on-screen instructions.
- You’ll find a list of usernames that match your account.
