Get a Google Pay for Business QR Kit

You can accept payments through QR code. Learn how to accept payments.

From the Google Pay for Business app, you can present a QR code on your phone. You can also request a physical QR kit to display at your billing counter.

If the Google Pay agent signs you up in person, you’ll receive a complete onboarding kit after verification. It includes:

  • One QR standee
  • 2 QR stickers
  • 2 Google Pay accepted here stickers
  • 2 danglers

If you sign up yourself and request a QR kit through the app, you’ll receive:

  • One QR standee
  • 2 QR stickers
  • 2 Google Pay accepted here stickers

Request a QR kit

If the Google Pay agent signs you up in person, an agent visits you with your onboarding kit. It includes a pocket QR. You’ll receive your kit when you’re signed up or within 7 days.

If you sign up yourself through the app, to request for a pocket QR kit:

  1. On the Google for Business app, go to the “QR code” section.
  2. Select Order QR Kit.

If you’re eligible, you’ll receive a pocket QR as part of the kit.

The process takes 3–5 days to prepare and dispatch your QR code. You’ll receive the QR kit within 16 days of the dispatch date.

Track the QR kit delivery ordered through the app

To check the delivery status of the order:

  1. On your mobile device, open Google Pay for Business app.
  2. Tap QR code and then Track QR.

You can check your QR's estimated delivery date and status. If the status is "Prepared" or "Shipped," you can get an Air Waybill (AWB) number. To get more delivery details, on the courier partner's website, tap the AWB number.

Know why you didn’t receive your QR kit

If the Google Pay agent signs you up in person

For less than 5 business days:

An agent visits your registered address with your QR code and standees. You can expect to receive them when you’re signed up or within 7 days.

You can print your QR code from your phone and display it at your billing counter. While you wait for your kit, you can start to accept payments.

For more than 5 business days:

  2. Tap Support and then Contact Us.
  3. Select your preferred language.
  4. Tap Get a call.
  5. Enter your name and phone number.
  6. To receive a call from our support team, tap Call me.

If you sign up yourself through the app

For less than 21 business days:

After you request a QR kit, it takes 3–5 days to prepare and dispatch it. Once dispatched, you should receive the kit within 16 days. You can monitor the delivery status directly in the app.

  1. Open the Google Pay for Business app.
  2. Tap QR code and then Track QR.

You can check your QR's estimated delivery date and status. If the status is "Prepared" or "Shipped," you can get an AWB number. To get more delivery details, on the courier partner's website, tap the AWB number.

For more than 21 business days:

After your request is processed, you can expect the kit to arrive within 16 days.

Fix a damaged or incorrect QR

  1. Open the Google Pay for Business app.

  4. Tap Get a call.
  5. Enter your name and phone number.
  6. To receive a call from our support team, tap Call me.
Request additional QRs

You can request more QR kits in 6 months after you receive your first one.
