Request and view your ratings & reviews in the Google Pay for Business app

On your Google Pay for Business app, you can view all ratings and reviews received from your customers on your Google Business Profile, visible on Google Maps and Search. You can also request new reviews from your loyal customers. Having more reviews could help improve your online presence and help your future customers learn more about your business to decide to transact with you.

Check your business ratings & reviews

1. On your mobile device, open the Google Pay for Business app .
2. Tap your Profile.
3. Tap see all reviews. You'll be redirected to the Google Reviews section where you can see all the ratings and reviews left by your customers.

Ask users to rate & review your business

Step 1: Ensure that your Google Pay for Business account is connected to your Google Business Profile.

Step 2: There are 2 ways to request ratings and reviews from your customers:

• Option 1: Request ratings and reviews via Google Pay for Business app.
  1. On your mobile device, open the Google Pay for Business app .
  2. Tap your Profile.
  3. Tap see all reviews.
  4. Under "Google Reviews" section, tap Request reviews.
  5. You'll be presented with options to select your preferred social media apps.
  6. Choose an app.
  7. A link to your business's ratings and reviews page will be generated. You can then share this link with your customers through the selected app.
  8. Customers can tap on the shared link to easily provide a rating and write a review for your business.

Request Google reviews and ratings directly from Google Pay for Business

• Option 2: Request your customers to pay with Google Pay and give reviews at the end of payment. Steps for your customers:
  1. On your mobile device, open the Google Pay for Business app .
  2. On the homepage, tap Scan any QR code.
  3. Complete the payment for the purchase.
  4. After the payment is successful, a screen with the option to rate and review the place will appear.
  5. To leave a rating and review, tap Rate this place.
