Google uses your payment profile to manage your SoundPod subscriptions, billing information, and more. It stores your invoices and lets you continue to use SoundPod.
When you close your SoundPod payment profile on Google Pay for Business:
- You lose access to SoundPod.
- Access to invoices ends after 30 days.
- Billing stops immediately after you close the profile.
- Once billing stops, invoices are only up to the last month subscribed.
- Billing resumes only after resubscription.
Important: Do not delete your account if you have subscriptions apart from Google Pay for Business. Save your data and download all your invoices before you close your profile.
Resubscribe to a new GPay billing account for GPay SoundPod
If you accidentally close your payment profile, your GPay India SoundPod product becomes inactive. To reactivate your SoundPod, follow these steps:
- Go to the SoundPod homepage.
- Click Contact support.
- Tell the SoundPod support agent that you want to set up a new SoundPod billing account or reactivate an existing one.
- Follow the instructions.
- Wait for account activation.
Tip: To guide you through set up and reactivation of an account, SoundPod support agents will provide more instructions. They may ask for additional details to verify your account.
You’ll receive a notification once your SoundPod is activated and ready to use.
