Avail SoundPod by GPay service subscription

To start using your SoundPod services, you need to avail and activate a SoundPod service subscription.

To find your SoundPod service subscription:

1. Open the GPay for Business app .
2. At the top, find the card that says, "Your SoundPod is booked.”
3. Under “Quick links,” tap SoundPod.

To view your SoundPod service plan:

1. Open the GPay for Business app .
2. Under “Quick links,” tap SoundPod.
3. Review your plan details:
   • Plan status: Active or Inactive.
   • Service plan: Daily or yearly payment plan and rates.
   • 8-digit device ID.

The SoundPod kit includes:

• SoundPod speaker
• Charging cable
• SIM card
• Custom QR code

GPay SoundPod subscription activation

The audio notification service has a 6-month service warranty which begins with GPay SoundPod activation.

Once activated, you won’t get a refund of the service fees that are already deducted.
