Sign-in Issues

If you can't log in to Orkut mobile, try the following:

  • Check if you mobile device meets all minimum requirements.
  • Check if your mobile device isn't locked on uppercase or lowercase letters, as orkut passwords are case-sensitive.
  • Clear your mobile browser's cache and cookies and sign in to orkut again.
  • Deselect the 'Remember Me' option and sign in.
  • If you still see a message that your password is incorrect, sign in to orkut on a computer and reset your password there.
