"Incorrect password" error
As a first step, you can reset your password by clicking "I can't access my account" on the Orkut sign-in page.
If this doesn't resolve the problem, here are some things you might check:
- Double-check the username you're entering.
- Make sure that Caps Lock isn't enabled on your keyboard.
- Close and reopen your web browser before attempting to sign in again.
- Try clearing your browser's cache.
- If you have the "Remember me on this computer" feature enabled on the sign-in page, disable it, clear your browser's cache, and sign in again.
