Network Status
As Orion processes your data, eligible networks will move from PENDING or LIMITED status to FULL. This process can take 24+ hours after initial deployment and test. Monitor the status of each Network in your Orion dashboard.
FULL
When a network has full availability, capacity can be sold without restriction and no actions are required.
LIMITED
Networks will show ‘Limited’ availability for any recently added Network. This means that Orion is limiting access to your network for large buyers for at least 1 of the following reasons:
- Price per GB is above the buyer's threshold.
- Speed of the network is unknown (i.e. New Network)
- Speed measurements for the network are stale.
To resolve issues related to Limited Availability. You can take the following actions:
- For Speed, you must run additional speed tests with the Orion Admin App
- For Price, you can consider updating the sell price-per-gb for the impacted venues. You can also visit the Orion Pricing and Payments tab to set a new default price for all current (or future) added venues.
PENDING / BLOCKED
- When you see a status of ‘Blocked’ or ‘Pending’ the network is not eligible to sell capacity to select buyers.
- There are no immediate actions you can take to correct this. If you believe this is a mistake, please contact support.
