Error: Optimize extension is blocked by the administrator

If you receive the error "Optimize (extension ID "x") is blocked by the administrator" it means that the administrator of your Chrome profile has prohibited you from downloading the extension. Usually it's the Google Apps/Google For Work administrator who can set/modify these permissions. Check with your Google apps administrator for the necessary permissions.
