Answer surveys

With Google Opinion Rewards, you'll take surveys that are run by market researchers. Survey frequency may vary, and you don't have to answer every survey you receive. In exchange, we'll reward your for sharing your opinion. Below, we've outlined some common questions regarding taking our surveys.

How and when will I receive surveys?

In general, surveys are given out randomly. We use a number of techniques to discover users who are inattentive or trying to game the system. If we determine that you are not answering surveys truthfully, you will receive fewer surveys. Therefore, the best way to maximize your earnings is to be honest.

I've stopped receiving surveys or don't get very many. How can I get more?

We don't always have surveys to send you. In general, surveys are given out randomly and depend on our available inventory.

Therefore, the best way to maximize your earnings is to be honest and to answer accurately and completely.

What if I don’t want to answer the survey questions?

Users always have a choice when prompted to answer additional survey questions. If you don’t feel like answering a given question, you can ignore it until your 24 hour window is up and wait until we have another survey question to offer you.

Do surveys expire? Do I get paid if I'm offline and can't submit my response?

Yes, surveys will eventually expire, usually in 24hrs. If you start the survey but are offline during the time it expires, we will notify you that the survey is ready for you to answer when you come back online. However, if the survey has expired when you come back online you will no longer be able to answer that survey or get rewards.

Where can I view my earned rewards and what do the totals mean?

You can see your earnings on the Reward history page in the app. On this page, you will see a breakdown of your earnings:

• Total Rewards: This number shows your lifetime earnings, all the rewards you have accumulated since you started using the app.
• Specific Task Rewards: This shows a lifetime count of specific tasks, such as the total number of surveys you've completed.
• Individual Rewards: This is a detailed, line-by-line list of your recent transactions. To ensure your reward history loads quickly, this list is limited to your most recent records up to a maximum of 1,000 individual records and the last ten years.

Note: If you change your country in the app, your reward history page will update to show the rewards associated with your new country and currency. Your previous reward history is not lost, but it will not be displayed while your account is set to a different country.

How do I give feedback?

To send feedback to the Google Opinion Rewards team about the app or a specific survey, tap the menu button in the upper left of the app, and then tap Feedback.

Please note that feedback is monitored and taken into consideration when reviewing product improvements and changes. We may not respond to every piece of feedback received, but encourage you to include any issues or requests for new features. Requests for additional surveys will not be considered. We try hard to send you as many as possible!
