Install the app

The Opinion Rewards app is currently available on Android devices running versions 2.3.3 and up. Getting started is easy. Download the app and answer basic questions about yourself. We'll then send you surveys as we have them available. Frequency will vary depending on our inventory. You'll get a notification on your phone when a short and relevant survey is ready for you and will receive rewards for completing it. Questions can range from, "Which logo is best?" and "Which promotion is most compelling?" to "When do you plan on traveling next?"

 

How do I install the Google Opinion Rewards app?

1. Open the Google Play store on your phone, tablet, or computer.
2. Search for Google Opinion Rewards or navigate directly to the app via this link.
3. Select Install. 

My app is stuck on the "Getting Started" screen or it keeps on closing. What can I do?

You can first try to power off and on your phone and then reopening the app. If that doesn't work, try to uninstall and reinstall the app from the Play Store. If you are experiencing other system errors, tap on the menu button in the upper right hand corner of the app and then tap on the feedback menu item.

How do I uninstall the app?

Apps downloaded from Google Play can be easily uninstalled from your device. If an app was purchased, you can always reinstall it at a later date.

If you’ve installed an app on your phone or tablet using Google Play that you no longer want, you can uninstall it by following these steps:

1. Visit your device's Settings menu > Apps or Application manager (this may differ depending on your device).
2. Touch the app you’d like to uninstall.
3. Select Uninstall.

Setup

1. Select your account.
   
   Select an existing Google account or create a new one to use with this app.
2. Agree to the terms of service.
   
   Read through the Terms of Service, then tap CONTINUE to agree.
3. Verify your identity.
   
   Identity verification is required so you can get paid.
   
   You are paid with credits in the Google Play Store, using the Play Store account associated with the email address you provide in this step.
   
   Enter your first and last names, your zip/postal code, and country.
   
   The Email address field is populated with the address you identified for your Play Store account. Tap SWITCH ACCOUNT to use a different email address.
   
   Tap CONTINUE.
4. Select your age.
   
   Select one of the available options.
   
   Tap CONTINUE.
5. Select a language.
   
   Select one or more languages that you understand and in which you want to receive surveys.
   
   Tap CONTINUE.

Edit

1. Tap .
2. Tap Settings.
3. Tap through the screens to change any of the information you entered during setup.
