Pro capabilities in NotebookLM offer an enhanced experience that includes:

- Access to premium features such as chat customization, advanced sharing and notebook analytics.
With NotebookLM, you get 100 notebooks, each with up to 50 sources (up to 500K words each), and daily limits of 50 chat queries and 3 audio generations. Upgrading NotebookLM to Pro capabilities increases this to up to 500 notebooks, each with 300 sources, as well as 500 daily chat queries and 20 daily audio generations. Sharing a notebook does not change the source limit of 300 for any collaborator.
Tip: To confirm if you're using NotebookLM in Pro, check if you have the distinct Pro badge next to your user profile image in the user interface.

- Share a "Chat-only" notebook: Customize how you share your notebook with other users. You can give others access to the entire notebook, including sources and notes, or give them chat-only access. Learn more about how to share a “Chat-only” notebook.
- Advanced chat settings: Customize your notebook by choosing a preferred response style, like “Guide,” “Analyst,” or create a custom style based on your needs. You can also select the output length like “Longer” or “Shorter.” Learn more about advanced chat settings.

- How many users have accessed it per day.
- How many queries they’ve made per day in the last week.
