Google Workspace for Nonprofits
If your organisation does not have a Google for Nonprofits account, please visit the Google for Nonprofits website to get started.
If your organisation has a Google for Nonprofits account, you’re eligible for nonprofit-specific Google Workspace offers:
- Google Workspace for Nonprofits (offered at no charge)
- Business Standard (at 75+% nonprofit discount)
- Business Plus (at 72+% nonprofit discount)
- Enterprise Standard and Enterprise Plus (at 70%+ nonprofit discount)

Activate Google Workspace for Nonprofits
Go to Google for Nonprofits and sign in with your organisation’s administrative account. Under 'Google Workspace for Nonprofits', click Get started. You will be asked whether your nonprofit currently uses Google Workspace.
If your organisation is not currently using Google Workspace and needs to sign up

You will be directed to start a 14-day trial of Google Workspace for Nonprofits at no charge.

Verify your domain for Google Workspace. If you're using a third-party registrar (i.e. WordPress or Squarespace), follow registrar-specific instructions to verify your domain at your domain registrar's website.
- During the 14-day trial, please verify that you own your domain with Google for Nonprofits.
- Sign in to Google for Nonprofits with your administrator account (note: this is separate from a Google workplace account).
- Find the Google Workspace for Nonprofits product, then click Get started.
- Provide your domain and click Activate.
- We will review your request within three working days. We’ll send you an email letting you know if your domain was successfully upgraded.
If your organisation is currently using Google Workspace

You will be asked to share your domain so that we can check which edition of Google Workspace you are using.

We will show you the Google Workspace offer(s) for which your nonprofit domain is eligible.
- Follow the steps to select the Google Workspace plan that works for you and click Activate.
