Who is TechSoup?

TechSoup works with local partners around the world to validate organizations like yours. Local TechSoup partners check a range of legal and programmatic information related to your organization that help verify your status as a legally registered and active social benefit, nonprofit, nongovernmental organization, eligible for the products and services made available through TechSoup.
How do I get my nonprofit validated by TechSoup?
In the United States, when you submit your Google for Nonprofits application, we send the details you provided to TechSoup for them to verify your organization. Outside of the US, you will need to directly register with your local TechSoup partner. After direct registration you will be asked to provide a range of information so that TechSoup can validate your organization.
Most applications will be reviewed in 2-14 business days. In some cases it can take up to 30 days to be validated and TechSoup may contact you to request additional information or documentation required to validate your organization.
How do I retrieve my TechSoup Validation Token?
If you are already validated by TechSoup or a local TechSoup partner you can log into your TechSoup (or local TechSoup partner) account. After logging in you will be presented with a TechSoup Validation Token which will look something like this: 123c492@MyOrgName.
TechSoup Validation Tokens expire after 60 days. You can create a new Validation Token if your token has expired.
