If you have an issue with a product that you already activated, go to the product help page.
How to re-activate a product
- Sign into Google for Nonprofits using your Google for Nonprofits administrator account.
- Locate your organization and click Activate products.
- Click Resubmit beneath the appropriate product.
- Fill out the information needed and click Activate.
