Application process

Follow these steps to get started with Google for Nonprofits.

  1. Read the eligibility guidelines.

    Not all nonprofit organizations are eligible for the Google for Nonprofits program. Read the eligibility guidelines before applying to see if your nonprofit is likely to be approved.

  2. Fill out the application form.

    All organizations, including those in the United States, must be registered with TechSoup or its local partner in your country in order to be validated as a nonprofit organization. In order to sign up for the Google for Nonprofits program, you must provide your organization's TechSoup Validation Token, which identifies your organization as validated. It will look something like 123a4567@MyOrgName123.  

  3. Wait for a decision.

    Most applications can be reviewed within 10 business days. If your application requires a closer look, we may request additional information. While you're waiting, you can sign into your Google for Nonprofits account at any time to check the status of your application.

  4. Start signing up for exclusive products!

    Once your organization has been approved for Google for Nonprofits, you can begin signing up for products. Learn about how to sign up for specific products here.
