What is boot looping?

* Its when your device can not fully boot and cycles from power off to on without any intervention.

Is your Nexus Device Boot-looping?

We suggest the following:

1) Want to try to fix it?

Applying a Rescue OTA

Try to return the device for warranty replacement. There is a chance that you will get a replacement even if you are out of warranty.

1) Purchased through Google

Contact 1:1 Google Support

2) Purchased Elsewhere and your place of purchase is unable to assist.

Contact LG Support

3) Unable to get hardware replacement

* Try to get the phone professionally repaired

LG seems to have increased the warranty period to 18 months. I recently called the service center and have dropped off my phone. They've told me it can take up to 20 days to repair since the parts aren't readily available. They are offering a motherboard change as long as the device hasn't already been tampered with. So if you have bought a new device from a third party and have a bill, I'd urge you to contact LG.

Hi Anthony. Unfortunately if you're unable to power the phone on then there's no way to retrieve your unsaved files. Anything connected to your Google A/c will be safe of course as will any photos saved to Google Photos, Drive, Play Music etc.
